Lack of quality customer service at your Popeyes Fried Chicken at the Moody, Alabama location.

To Whom is Directly Responsible for Customer Service; On 06/09/2021, my family decided that we would like to have your fried chicken for supper. Being that the Moody, Al. location is the closest to Pell City, Al. I drove in stormy weather to accommodate our desire. I arrived at the location to proceed to place my order through the drive thru. When placing my order, I wanted to have included a family size of your onion rings. I was immediately informed that they no longer carried onion rings. I proceeded to express my discontent by saying " you folks had the best onion rings", I was not able to finish my statement. Both a man and lady both in a rude manner stated " we cannot give you what we don't have". I was not asking to be given anything; but what is worse, when asked for corporate information, I was told they did not know it. When I got my receipt, the information portions, had been torn off. I not sure what your profit margin is now at this location, but it would not surprise me if it was not like when you opened. This occurred around 3:57 PM C=9854
