I wanted to bring to your attention that Apollo Pharmacy at Bhimavaram Hospitals, Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, appears to be operating solely on cash transactions. According to reports, for the past six months, all other payment options have been unavailable due to a lack of technical support and/or internet issues. This has forced poor family members of patients to scramble for cash, as it's the only accepted form of payment. This situation reflects very poor service to customers, many of whom are already distressed by the illness of their loved ones. The delay in the delivery of medicines and injections is also negatively affecting patient care. Many individuals, especially those who are unable to voice their concerns, are facing similar hardships. I, too, have been dealing with this issue for the last three days. People should be given multiple payment options rather than being forced to rely on cash. Not everyone has or carries cash. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you!
