Lack of Customer Service. Would give a “zero” stars if could

I called to advise they need to remove their wire and equipment from a building I just purchased. There is no "option" in their menu for this. Waited 50 minutes to be transferred correct department. On hold another 50 minutes and still no human to talk to. Will NEVER have Atlantic Broadband service of any kind! User's recommendation: Never get Atlantic Broadband.
