I attempted to update my account with my new phone number and was asked to authenticate my account by receiving a code that was sent to my old number. I have zero access to my account, zero ability to respond to requests to book, the only support that I can get is through email which requires me to authenticate my account via an old number. Five attempts over four hours and Im told that there is NO work-around. Ive lost $1000s of income and all the current reservations, well, I have no way to communicate with them. Airbnb cancelled the reservation that I had booked this weekend be User's recommendation: BEWARE.
