Lack of consumer interest

I called about a wand for my kitchen sink they said ok part ordered said it will be back ordered over a month gos by still back ordered call again said o Ill send a different color part to use because it taking so long to get I think o should be a couple of days right 4 days later o we shipped it fifth day still in North Carolina this company could careless about customer service the next time I have I will be replacing it with a different brand totally ridiculous shouldve been overnighted for all the inconvenience still waiting in California User's recommendation: Don’t buy there products.
