The employee at the extra space storage did not inform me properly and left information out detrimental information he should have been up up front when I called three days before he has caused me to do my job which is roadside assistance front line worker to be unable to be safely seen because of things I'm supposed to put into storage and due to his lack of communication skills has caused me a dangerous situation to working right now I give a zero-star rating I hope employee it's a reprimand or a referral and a write-up for his lack of communication skills User's recommendation: Make sure things on duty is completely clear about what is happening.
