I'm still no closer to getting my stuff back, it may or may not be delivered next week. Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 one of the representative was to call me with a definite date for delivery, I waited until the end of the day. So I call the Problem Resolution person and she says you wanted until the end of the day to call, everyone has gone home and to call back tomorrow morning. I called the rep twice, each time it went to voicemail. A couple of hours later she called and the conversation was basically I'll call you next Tuesday User's recommendation: Please use another company.
