Lack of communication and sitting way too long in pickup line.

I have been getting my medications from Walgreens going on 5+ years. However after tonight speaking with the Pharmacist on staff and his attitude trying to belittling me when I ask the status on mailing out my prescriptions and how I was spoken to. He sternly told me that was not his job and I would have to call the next morning. So I ask do you not work for Walgreens his response I am a pharmacist not a shipping clerk! Ok I get it you are above anyone who dosent have a equal degree. He stated I will leave a note for the staff and told me someone would be in touch by 9:30 when they arrive for work. I waited until 12:00 that morning with no reply except a text message my prescriptions were ready for pick-up. I had to call the store and ask why was my medication not been shipped. The employee told me they were not aware of a request for shipping. I ask do you folks not make notes in your system I was told yes, she then told me she seen nothing about my request. Okay I hade requested on Friday morning to have my order to be shipped that day and was told ok however they only had a partial of one prescription and would send the other when it came in. My medications were for my type 2 diabetes which I went without for a couple of days not good. I got my medication after making several calls to have it shipped. I also have sit at the pick-up line for 30-45 minutes as a customer did not call in their prescriptions but was allowed to sit until it was filled. When I ask the person at the window she stated we have to fill them regardless. There has been more than a couple of situations of filling prescriptions without me requesting them. I also noticed they now have delivery and when I ask about having my medications being delivered for some reason they could not give me that option. I choose Walgreens because of the stellar service years ago. For the most part the staff has always been professional and friendly. Just too note as of 5/12/2021 this year my insurance has paid out $90k for my medications. I do not want to change from Walgreens all I am asking if there could be more understanding of my personal needs also more attention of allowing customers to refill at the pick-up window and make several others wait.
