LACK OF CHOICES TO COMMUNICATE WITH A “PERSON” IN YOUR “COMMUNICATION BUSINESS!”

1.rate 0...for clients to speak with a live person at Shaw. which is a "COMMUNICATION SERVICE?" 2. wait times can be up to 60 minutes 3. no choice for a "call back" 4.appointments given....NO show 3 times. 5. no phone call 6. EXCUSE given...no phone number..untrue 7. Within the past 7 days Shaw has taken from me approximately 28 hours. My time is valued at $40.00/hour. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for any company and particularly for a company who says their goal is communication. A dissatisfied customer negates many hours of advertising.
