Lack of cancellation policy refund during World wide public health crisis

We had called to cancel our reservation to celebrate a milestone birthday as the governor of the State of NJ and our United States president began quarantining everyone due to the Coronavirus. The staff at Crystal Springs refused provide a refund canceling our reservation. They told us that they were a family run business who couldn't afford to loose our money during the public health crisis. Meanwhile, they are a huge, multisite resort....Disneyland and Disneyworld were closing, the NBA March madness is canceled. But not Crystal Springs. So disgusting how 1) corporate greed dominates over humanly doing the right thing 2) lack of compassion or caring towards employees and the public to follow closures in order to make a buck. How disgusting could the owners be not to close and refund their customers during a public health crisis killing hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world. Corporate greed at it's finest. User's recommendation: Don't book here. God forbid there's a worldwide epidemic, you'll loose.
