I went to get a Missouri Vehicle Safety Inspection on a 2001 Chevy Cavalier and was told I needed a brake light and headlight replaced. Cost me $3.49 for brake light and $17.49 for the headlight. When I received my bill it was $97.27. They charged me $70.80 for labor. There is no way it took about an hour to do this. Manager was useless! A complaint was sent to cooperate and suppose to respond within 48 hours. I still don't think that will help. I am sure that I am not the only military service member that got ripped off there.
