Two months ago I shopped at Kroger (QFC instacart) I was issued a store credit for $18.63 for items that missing. The manager stated that I can use that credit in any Kroger stores next time I shop. Everytime I shop at QFC or Kroger store. I called Kroger Instacart customer service, to redeem my credit, customer service give many informations how to redeem my credit, or they put me on phone on hold and the hangup. I can not or unable to use the credit since 2 months ago.
