Ive had 1phone conversation with a customer assistant who told me to follow their online description of how to use credit from my account. I have tried to do follow their suggestions to no avail at least 10 times. I told the customer assistant that when I go to use my account credit, the page set out is different from what they say it looks like. There is nowhere that directs you to redeem &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; use account Credit for new purchase.
