Knotts hasn’t answered their phone calls or emails for weeka

Knotts has not answered their customer service calls for weeks- with the automated voice message saying each time Due to high call volume, please call back later. Im starting to think that no one is working customer service anymore. It is similar with emails. The website said it would take max two days to answer your email, but its been weeks and I have not received a reply. This customer service is the worst I have ever seen, with Knotts making it impossible to get ahold of them at all.
