Knee replacement – defective system or lousy doctor?

Last summer had knee replacement with Stryker Triathlon System which is loose, ill fitting, knocks when bend the knee, painful. I demanded to see doctor, who said normal & to be expected. I tried unsuccessfully to contact Stryker, no contact info available anywhere, was on hold on customer service line for 50 minutes never an answer! Customer service is a joke - they're dodging their customers. I was charged $72,000 for the surgery which is a colossal rip off then the greedy rip off doctor charged me for appointment to check knee my knee problems. I just want my Lousy doctor, defective system. I'm a pissed off unhappy frustrated customer so about to call a One Call That's All ambulance chasing attorney. Please respond/ post if anyone else out there had similar problems with their knee problems.
