I made an appointment on Dec 5 for Jan 25. They didn't show up or call. I rescheduled for Feb 2 between 12 & 4. They called at 10 and said they would arrive at 11. They arrived at 10:15, I said it would be about 15 minutes before we were ready for them. They said that was too long (even though it would probably take 15 minutes to get to the next stop and they were 45 minutes early). The rude technician said I had the wrong time and I showed him my calendar with the correct time. He said he would return in 2 1/2 hours. The company called and said there would be a $28 trip charge. I protested as they had once again messed up the appointment. The RUDE employee would not let me finish my sentences, became irate and loud and said there was nothing she could do. I will NEVER consider using this HORRIBLE company with such RUDE employees and obvious scheduling problem as others have mentioned. STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
