Kia soul burt total loss no help from kia in months

My kia soul burnt , total loss filed a claim and its now been months and although Ryan in claims is being promoted, he won't answer even a phone call. This is ridiculous. He made promises of rental car, replacement or reimbursement of our personal items and that kia would take the best of care, and we would be taken care of . But here we are months later, and Ryan and his so called engineering department has done absolutely nothing. Don't buy kia or Hyundai. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.
