Kia's car wash damaged the entire trunk of my daughter's car after her service appointment. They are pretending that they have no idea what happened. The "manager" is so unprofessional it blows my mind! The car is only a year old. We have had many issues with the service department. Horrible!!! User's recommendation: Stay away from these people they are terrible!!!
