Well hadn't had and account long . I was mailed a check check looked authentic so deposited through my mobile phone . I went down to suntrust just to make sure it was not fraudulent lady stated it may be next thing I know they close my account and will not release the 300.00 that belongs to me said they would send me a check in November number 1 sun trust it's my money number 2 I did not know that the check was fraudulent so why punish me I am prior lawenforcment . You could release the money that is mine terrible service even the branch people were rude . I want my money that belongs to me not in November but now . User's recommendation: Do not bank there are open and account.
