I went to a breeder of chows and she said the dog had a health guarantee. He ended up having entriopian and she would not assist with the costs to fix that issue. She now says I was told that he had that condition but I have proof she did not and that she lied to me and committed fraud. She stated the parents had cleared two animal certifications and they did not, I have proof of that as well. After I had him for a year she offered to take him back and refund my money. That was not an option as I love the little tyke. Kelin Kennels was the name back then but she changed it to Kelin chows as I made a big stink about this. The breeders name is Odalys Hayes
