I ordered the charcoal (drk grey) pouf a few weeks ago... The package gets here I open it... The mf'r is brown. So I send it back, get refunded. And decide let's try this *** again. I can see the 1st time being a mistake or accident.. so I reordered. I received the package today... Only to open to a f*ckin white one now I am absolutely pissed, not resending this thing back until I have my correct color here or they refund..
