In January of 2019 while vacationing in Maui some one backed into the car I rented from Hertz. Sine then Viking has been harassing me for $971.34. They claim they can not find the person who hit me. I have on numerous times sent this information to Hertz, Viking and American Express. Per my rental agreement American Express covered any accident claim. Last week I again sent them all the information about the person that hit me, including her phone number, her husbands phone number her address, the name, phone number and contact person at her insurance company. I have never experienced a company as evil and a bigger leir than Viking including a one Michelle Smith (I am sure that's not her real name) Now its looks like I will have to hire an attorney and file suit against Hertz, Viking and American Express
