Original review posted by user Aug 15, 2020 Hi, I was wondering if your company can help me with this. Ms Margaret convinced me to invest in her trading company called BitxOptions. I did some research for about a week, did not find much but she keeps convincing me that it is very profitable. One of her example is that if you invest $350 in 5 days you're gonna get $3500 minus 15% commission. So I decided to invest since I thought the worst thing that can happen is that I lost $350 but I am soooooo wrong. She told me to buy bitcoin in the atm machine, but she didn't tell me that I have to pay fee for that 15%, so for $350 I have to pay $400. That's the first alert. It takes a while to put it in my account, I have to keep asking her. The first day I looked at my account and it grew became $2150. I was so shock and she told me I was very lucky because the bitcoin value grew really fast and it grew double everyday. So she told me if I want to withdraw the commission early I could as long as I paid the commissions. So On Wednesday The money grew into $10140 so my profit is $9790. It means that I have to pay 15% of that which I did right away. This is when everything went so wrong. After I paid my commission her company email me that my payout only 90% complete because I have to pay 10% to IRS and they said as soon as I pay that my profit will be release. Well, I know I have to pay the IRS so I don't mind doing it. I paid it right away. But then another email came stating that they have to wait 2 more days to release the profit because they are updating the software. They said that I will get more profit by then. Ms Margaret assured me that everything gonna work out and I will get more money. I did get more profit in 2 days $36800 but then I have to pay the 15% commission and 10 % taxes to the IRS again for that which I don't mind but I don't really have that much cash so I have to borrow my son's saving to cover it. After I paid everything (this is on Friday) guess what, the company sent me another email saying that their tech people found that my account is currently in service from a third party signal provider so I have to pay $4549 fee. I was so depressed already and I really need to get the money so I took out cash from my credit card to pay for it. At that time this company said that it 99% complete and just need this one more payment and I believe them. But to my surprise, this is not the end off it, not by a long shot. The nest email they send they asked for LEGALIZED ANTI TERROR AND MONEY LAUNDERING CERTIFICATE for $2970, transfer fee $2,450 and $4900 IMF levy fee. It tooks me a few day to find the money and finally I paid it but guess what, they didn't send my money, instead they sent me asking for delay fee $3100 because it takes me too long to pay for the last fee. I paid it right away since I am very desperately want my money and they promise me I will get my money now. The next day I still hasn't got my money and another email came saying that because of the other software update I have to take the whole payout and to be able to do that I have to pay their 15% commission first which is around $8500. I already spent almost $30000 and get nothing in return. How am I supposed to come up with $8500 in 1 day, I'm a school bus driver who is currently not working because school is canceled. And how can I believe them that that will be my last fee? They never tell me from the beginning that these all the fees that i have to pay. I wouldn't sign up if I know. I just want my money back so I can pay back the money that took from my son's saving account, my credit cards and my certificate, and I also need to pay my regular bills which all overdue because I have no money left since I use it to pay all these fee. i also want everybody to know how this company operate so they would experience what I experience.
