DO NOT use the fuel up service by Kcal in Dubai, the fuel up service is new and has a lot of flaws in the system, mainly the people trying to run it, as-well as the software they have built i have ordered and paid for the fuel up by kcal service in Dubai, they have failed to deliver the food i have ordered and paid for on two occasions, leaving me with no food for 6 days!! when your on a strict diet this simply isn't acceptable, nor should you have to spend more money on food that you have all ready paid for. when i have called to complain the fuel up manager Joanna informed me she had "no clue" what was going on and that she had "tried her best" to resolve the problem. having called her after the first time they didn't deliver my food she informed me it would be delivered on Monday at the normal time, i can appreciate that sometimes things go wring and accepted her apology for it not to happen again. The delivery never arrived on Monday, and when i called to ask why i was simply told i would receive a refund as she "didn't have a clue" what had happened- but she had tried her best! for people on a strict diet this is simply not acceptable and a complete farce. do not use this company if you are a serious athlete and serious about your nutrition. they will let you down
