The ‘K' a part of the logo on the bag looked crooked/not aligned properly in relation to the other letters. A piece of it eventually broke off. I either want my money back or a new bag!!! I've tried to call their customer service line numerous times and I only got placed on hold for looooonnnngggg periods of time every time I call, sometimes more than a half hour. I know they are shutting down all of the stores, but they aren't completely closed yet!! Does no one answer their customer service line?? My bag was delivered damaged and I shouldn't have to be stuck with this problem, as it isn't my fault!! What is the return policy on damage upon delivery???? Help
