I have had a similar negative experience with a pushy rep talking me into a course and whe I had medical issues this past month they offered my payment back and then refused. I was then only offered a measly 75% back even after I NEVER even received 1 lesson. I was unable to utilize the course altogether and the fact that Kaplan refuses to keep their word goes to show how loyal they are to their customers/students. Kaplan is a ripoff so buyers beware, they will take money from the poor just to make a profit regardless of your circumstances. I would strongly recommend finding another program.
