Kagan account and emails

I had to open an account to ask a question about a product. Several days later, I have not received an answer to my question, but get several emails from Kogan, which I do not wish to receive. However attempts to unsubscribe have been unsuccessful since I cannot get into my account. I followed the process to recover my password, but I get to a page where I am being told that I will be sent a code, which I never receive. I just want those emails to stop
