Your online system did not update to send to the correct address. I requested shipment and payment to go to the correct address. The system recorded billing correct, but not shipping. I'm sure you'll send the bill to the correct address. I attempted to speak with Customer Service and spoke with a "Jeannie" Supervisor. I'm very disappointed your lack of service to help resolve. I order quite a bit online, but I will never order from K Jordan or affiliates going forward and will be sure that no family or friends do either.
