Just wait you out?

I have spent 13 hours and counting on hold to TRY to correct their booking errors!!! Including charging me $3005 instead of $104 on my latest flight. I may add I had ecredits bc their "no change fee" policy is complete BS. It would not allow me to change my flights even though I PAID EXTRA for the privilege. I had to cancel and rebook flights home TWICE!! As I type this I am STILL
