I have been trying to call very for weeks now just to get to speak to someone. It is so hard to get to speak to an actual person. They try to get you to do everything online. When you finally get the actual new number and it starts to call it still says you cant speak to someone. Why cant you just pick up a phone and call someone easily to resolve an issue without having to go through a million hoops first and still no further and not spoken to anyone?? User's recommendation: Would not recommend.
