I dont appreciate the flight agent at Cathay pacific jfk check in area he just put me aside because I cant find my hotel booking their not familiar with my dual citizen ship status. They have to ask another agent if my papers are valid I was put aside with all my luggage and waited until I provide my hotel booking for my Philippine trip. Finally I was able to provide my booking at my hotel. They didnt even tell me where to go after I checked in, I have to asked someone for the entrance to immigration for my carry on luggage to be checked from Rnnesag22@***l.
