Original review updated by user May 22, 2021 1st, the covers were made too small, the base covers didn't "slide on" like in their videos. It took me and my sister 40 minutes each to force the covers on the bases of 4 of the 5. One slid on like the videos. When I complained, they did send me a whole new set of covers, but I can't get the originals off without a pair of scissors! 2nd, this couch may be a cool concept, but it is not comfortable. I've kept it for a year and am still unhappy. I know I've passed the 60 days, so I'm stuck with it. A very expensive mistake. User's recommendation: If you don't like it within the 60 days, you never will. Send it back!
