Just cancelled service after four(4) years because they could not help.

LifeLock gave me a warning that there was another property in my name that I did not know about. I called the local tax office and LifeLock was incorrect. I then called LifeLock to find out why they were informed and they said they only get that info from Lexus/Nexus and I had to call them. I called Lexus/Nexus and they could not help me. So - NO VALUE of LifeLock if they dont understand where warnings come from. I WOULD NEVER sign up with them - poor information, spent a lot of time with customer service - and took ownership of nothing. User's recommendation: Poor information and customer service team.
