Just arrogant and no control about delivery

I understand they have great prices and so there is no flexibility but did not no that extended to customer service I ordered a bedroom set and work late and asked that they not come until the afternoon they tell me they have no control over that and give me a slot between 8:45 and 11:45. I am thinking maybe they will get here later I was up until 2:30 am trying to be prepared and they call me at 7:45 am and let me know they are coming at 8:30 am I am unable to get the rest moved prior to them coming I call customer service and she says I am sorry you are tired but there is nothing I can do if they come before 8:45 I can refuse delivery so her solution let them sit outside for 15 minutes I do marketing for a living this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced its as though everyone working there is royalty and what can I do for them that is the mentality of every person I ever interacted with from the girl at the front door to the salesperson to the customer service I had one decent salesperson the 2nd day I went in but he had to be just as rigid he was just a lot funnier about it and nicer about it. I don’t think it is their fault I feel they are trained to be rigid and take emotion out of it. I swear if is like being in the twilight zone.
