June’s payment

I have been unsuccessful in getting through to your customer service department. I am requesting to have your approval to skip June's payment due to the following reasons: * Husband's was in a hospital for 1 1/2 weeks * Husband was then placed in nursing home for rehab for 2 1/2 months. * Now, he will transfer to an assisted living for his final home. The medical expenses are mounting. We are on a fixed income and senior citizens. Would you please approve me shipping this month and put it on the end of my bill? I can be reached at 608-228-****.
