June’s journey game issue

Hello. Sorry to bother you but I have serious concerns and issues with customer support for the game junes journey. I have receipts where I have spent over 3 thousand dollars on this game. I'm now having an issue fir the past 2 weeks and customer service does not respond. Is this the way your company handles things. How can I speak to someone about getting my issue resolved?
