I had a leak in my basement and I was desperate . It was on a Sunday so I searched to see if I can find someone to respond quickly, Few companies responded but before I even make a decision he was at my property already. I guess he was broke and he needed money badly. I gave him a benefit of the doubt, he charged me 3 times of the regular price. I paid him more than 10k. He told me that he fixed the problem and he installed a sump pump so the problem is solved. Less than two years there leak is back. I called him hoping that he will say am sorry I will take a look and fix it. No the first thing he said before he even saw the problem was telling me to call my insurance company and see if it's covered. And he said even if it's not covered he can write it in way that the insurance will cover it. I was so pissed off I had somebody else fix the problem he created for $600. This guy is so greed and a scam. Before you give him any contract do you your research. He is a sweet talker and a scammer.
