I made a reservation via booking.com for a 1night stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Jamaica JFK Airport and after completing the reservation I was horrified with the hotel reviews. I did call booking.com and the hotel and they refused to cancel my reservation... Please do not book with booking.com no at the Wingate by Wyndham Jamaica JFK airport Address: 139-01 Archer Avenue, Queens NY 11435 USA. I understand the rare was NON-Refundable however I do care about my husbands safety. I also did contact Wyndham Corporate HQ and they we unable to help me because the reservation was made via booking.com. Booking.com also was unable to help me even when they (supposedly) contacted the hotel manager.
