Julia the virtual assistant on trying to cancel service

I am a customer of over 30 years and I just tried calling to cancel my service for I am moving to N. Carolina and the virtual assistant would not let me talk to a human being and was insistent that it could help me even though I repeatedly said I did not have a forwarding address yet to send the final bill. I tried to say I have always had automatic withdrawal from my checking account yet the stupid artificial intelligence could not comprehend that I wanted to have the final bill withdrawn from the same account bank I have always used for I will be keeping it but no it still could not understand and I finally had to use the address of the home I am actually leaving for it to accept my cancellation of service. I think the fact I could not talk to a human being speaks volumes of how little FPL thinks of it's customers( never missed a payment in over 30 years) and shows me how Orwellian you have become. Thank God I am leaving Florida for Julia is a dumb [censored]!!!
