Sent an email complaint to Ferrara Candy Company regarding product quality of a box or their candy. NO response or even an acknowledgment of receipt. Would like an explanation from them at the very least. I had a problem with this product several years ago and they did get back with me. New owners? No quality control? Going out of business? Really!
