I had one of the worst customer experience of my life today, having an introductory call with Jon Berrar from Swissentials. How to describe this discussion? I was impressed by the extreme misogyny of this person: "you're a woman, and from my experience, women are not the best with administration and finance and often refers to a male to help them", the terrible generalizations he made during the call on "young people", and racism "we are in Switzerland, which is a civilized country compared to Hong Kong". I don't recommend this company at all.
