My kids bought me a bracelet after my middle son passed away. He was a military medic. I have only worn the bracelet 3 times since 2018 on special occasions that has to do with my son or celebrations of his life. Each time I wear it the bracelets breaks apart and I have to take it back to get it fixed. It should not be this way. I would've to wear it all the time bit can not bc it's not worth the money my kids paid for it. It has my sons birthstones and diamonds. Like a tennis bracelet I would say. Unfortunately their answer is just bring it back and we will fix it. I will not recommend anyone to shop at Kay's their customer service for customer satisfaction is terrible go somewhere else
