Had fire in my house, sent them check from insurance company, only owed shipping cost. by the time I received permit from brookhaven. called to have delivered and number was disconnected in Florida warehouse. Called Jan Brown he said he had my file, but not the kit I paid for. I was told it was a francise and he felt bad but couldn't help me. I'm out 37,000. for kit not to mention the 6600.00 for stamp plans then an additional 3300. for changes to those plans. Still live in basically half a house, because that is all the money we could scrape together. The part of our house that the kit was suppose to finish is still the same. I have tried to send emails for several years now and no answer. I have even pleaded to receive at least half what is owed us in material. Jan Brown refuses to reply. His company is the worst. I wish I had the funds togo after him and his company for what they have done to my family.
