I had a problem with my computer so I looked in the San Francisco Yellow Pages under "Computer Repair" and found Geeks on Site. I called the number, 415-275-****, and the guy told me to go to my computer and follow his instructions which I did. Next thing I know is my computer is locked and I am required to pay $299. to get it unlocked. I failed to notice their display ad did not have an address so they may be pulling this scam nationwide. User's recommendation: Beware of Geeks on Site. If they tell you to go to your computer and follow their instructions hang up.
