I’ve been on the phone for 30 mins and no one answered

This company is terrible. I've been trying to call in a payment for 2 days, been on the phone for over 30mins each time. On one occasion I ate lunch and washed dishes while being on hold and listening to this music they play over and over again while being on hold. If there is a problem then just let people know upfront. This is frustrating.
