I’ve been in the hobby for many years and this has got to be the worst possible ordering experience ever! I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

I placed a order a week ago that was due for delivery today. I later noticed i could not track the order. Come to find out my order had not even been processed from what i can gather and they wanted to double check my info. Ive been in this hobby for a very long time and ive never had a card declined nor have i ever had a problem with other top companies getting my payment and order shipped in a timley manner. And the fact that i can not call and talk to a actualy person about my problem speaks volumes about what you actuall think about your costumers.
