Lost package?

Hey i ordered and my order number is 612909****252071**** . I have received my magazine howevers not my airsoft gun .. it says it has been delivered already however i have not received my airsoft gun.

Terrible service

We were with this company on a trip to Legoland (Germany) - a children's trip. At first I was surprised by a guide (Paul, but said to call him Pavel), who was not ready at all. working with children, including children, showed films that concealed animals that are not recommended for children under 12 years of age... During the trip, the bus was not cleaned up, the suitcases had to be put in / out of the bus themselves.. but it is such a small thing. I wanted to add that 1/2 of the bus passengers were children under 10 years of age. In the meantime, the drivers tried to repair the bus themselves (as if the hose of the coolant broke, all the liquid leaked on the road),nothing came and called the police. According to the passengers (they heard a conversation with the police), they planned to take the children by car to the nearest cafe, but the adults had to walk around the ban! Sacela panic - however, the allowed speed on these roads is 130km / h. In the end, both adults and children were taken by car to the nearest macdonald. Polina, an employee of this company, also traveled with us, we start to ask her - what happens then, how long to wait... to which she said that she is the same passenger as us, without knowing anything and to ask our guide. (who, as I said before, did not tell us anything at all). In Macdonald, Polina said not to worry - the company will pay us for coffee / tea! How kind of their side! We sat for an hour why the guide came and told them how they glued this hose with a scotch and let's try to drive to the hotel... We arrive at the hotel for 3 nights. What does the guide tell us - when will we leave the hotel - 9:00? Of course, those parents who care for children began to protest because it is a mockery. We offer to leave at 12:00, so that the children fall asleep a little, or stay at the hotel for another night to continue the trip the next morning... In the end, he said that we will not miss the water park (which means that the agency's problems automatically become ours, the responsibility for the decision is also shouldered on our shoulders). So we arrived to leave at 9:30, because either our bus will be repaired or there will be another bus. I woke up my son with great difficulty at 9:00 to be able to eat the brocade. On the way to the cafe we ​​are told that the bus has not been repaired, there is no other and we do not know when we will leave. And the questionwhy he deliberately lied at 3 at night, making everyone scramble and vote for the departure time, the guide says - a what I could tell you at that moment to calm down... As a result we leave ~ 14:00. We arrive at the water park at 20:30! We were given 4 hours (although we were promised to spend the whole day in the water park), bought us a group ticket, without even saying that they have two types of tickets - with and without sauna. The water park was very cold, with only 3 jacuzzis. Children's town from 21:00 was closed.. we are leaving the water park at 23:30. The next day we drive to Warsaw to the Copernicus center. We arrive very late, we can't see anything, we weren't in any of the laboratories or in the planetarium... And the way back to Melbourne - all night by bus. Don't join this company! Different situations can happen during the trip, no one is safe,but HOW the company deals with the situation is VERY important. Transcom Travel has shown in this situation that they are not ready for such CC situations.
