Update by user Jun 23, 2020 OK now I know whats going on. They are sending me litigation letters asking for my medical history so they can try and discredit my claim. I have auto-drafted a payment to them, on time, every month yet they have not paid one dime of anything for me, I had to have a necessary out patient surgery and it was pre determined that they would cover it. Now they are trying not to. I am going to contact the insurance commission of Kansas if the insurance doen't pay. And by the way they aren't even putting the amounts towards my deductible. I feel very ripped off. Had a covid test and they pay for that 100%. Yeah right. The dr filed it twice and still nothing. Don't ever get this insurance. Aetna National General you suck. Original review posted by user May 19, 2020 y don't They sent me a thing to sign if my kid was going to a park or something else. My kids are grown and don't need me to sign so they can go. Its weird I don't have any kids that are in school any more. So why do they want me and my husband to sign it. I don't understand?? What the *** They say they won't pay if I don't sign it????
