Its only going to get worse
For those of you dealing with Dominion's incompetence get use to it As a retiree of 30 plus years experience my personal experience since retiring has been terrible. Dominion is on a mission to diversify its work force at the expense of experience and competence They just promoted an individual to a VP position in HR who hasn't been with the company long enough to know where the restrooms are. The sad thing is the frontline workers are great and dedicated. Its the dilution of leadership experience that is hurting Dominion They do not have the knowledge to lead effectively Dominion is touting how well the Michaels response was. All the credit needs to go to the linemen who take leaderships lack of guidance and planning and turn the restoration into a success 3 day outage on a main line circuit is unacceptable, especially when there was no physical damage 45 minutes of field switching would have restored power to 1500 customers Bottom line Dominion was not prepared, Preparation is all on leadership
