I bought this cat genie a and it broke got a hold of the company they sent me the new part then it would not work with the cartridges sent me new ones now it won't drain did all the things trouble shooting said it still doesn't work I asked for a refund but cat genie says they can't give me a refund they haven't sent me a new replacement nothing I have not heard anything from them yet now I will call a lawyer and we will see how fast they respond 280 dollars for junk I'm pissed and I want a refund and I will not stop leaving bad reviews a refun Sheila carnesa refund User's recommendation: Don't buy.
